just make the arenas more appealing by tweaking it for more balance, change the way people get matched up with, as described by Epic, remove or increase the arena entry limit (i don't understand why it's at 5 in the first place, i blew 200K honor trying to 7gem my chest and i still haven't succceeded), give people a reason to attend arenas more often and make it so they only get in when they accept the invite. because if theres plenty of people in queue then it won't matter if you were gone and missed the invite, as you can just queue up again and get another within seconds/minutes. After clearing chapter 6, due to a faction advantage, chapter 7 was very easy and cleared half of it in 10 minutes..
